  • Looking for someone with information on Dynamics SL 6.0 or 6.5 Field Service module. The pros and cons they have encountered. The Company I work for is switching from Maximo to Dynamics SL. I would like to know the amount of service calls the serve, the amount of equipment they service, the frequency they generate, and do they generate service calls for repair of equipment that falls under the description of conditions as found during inspection.

    There is no training module for the Dynamics SL Field Service module for the current version but for the Solomon 5.0. Which has left me to use just the help screens for the resources, to implement the product into use.

    This would help to know of others that have switched over to Dynamics SL using the Field Service module, and the problems they have encountered.
