I am using NAV 2009 Classic SP1.
I renamed an unused account on the account card in the chart of accounts.
When I run the financial statement, the account's old name appears instead of the new name.
How do I get the name change to appear on the financial statements ?
Where do you get the financial statement (I can't see a report with this name)? Is it from Schedule Accounts? If it is, you have to change names in Schedule Accounts.

Have you checked what the Description is on the G/L Ledger Entries? If the Description has the old name of the G/L Account then thats why....
Then, as I said before, you have to go to account schedule and change names there.
