I have installed Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 R2 - GB - British version for learning purposes. There is just a sales role center, but I would like to study also purchase and financial part. Any hint/advise how to set it up?

You can change the profile by selecting profile in Administration--Application Setup-Role tailored client-Profile
You can go to departments wherein you can see all modules.
