Hi Expert,In Standard NAV 2017 i got this error "No Entries have been Created" when I am trying to Create Direct Debit Collection .As per my checking all setup done properlyI am not sure why still got that error .I am using NAV 2017 (AU).
What have you tried so far...
Your customers must be set to either "Company" or Person" type. Default is empty.
Direct Debit Entries are created for companyies and persons only.
They must have a valid Direct Debit MandateThe customers must have a Customer Bank Account assigned.
Invoices must be due before the date you enter.
and so on...
