BD Manager CRM Services

Location: Milan


My client, an international consultancy company, is looking for BD Manager CRM Services. The BD Manager is responsible for driving revenue for the CRM Service Line through prospecting, acquisition, development, and expansion customer opportunities.




·       Generate business leads and achieve revenue and profit growth through:

·       Work closely with strategic partners

·       Very good selling skills and excellent communication skills

·       Develop and execute a strategy for a specific territory

·       Develop and maintain a high level understanding of the sales process (Offers, Products and Partnerships).

·       Support forecast meetings to lead to business closure

·       Lead proposal creation and delivery


Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have 10 years experience in Solutions sales, with the ability to demonstrate a high level of understanding of our client solutions, products and technology services and his partner industry solutions.


The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

·       10 years of services sales or professional consulting experience

·       Experience of consulting or related services sales experience with different platforms (MS, Oracle, SAP)

·       Degree, advance degree (M.B.A. or equivalent) preferred

·       Excellent written and oral communication skills, in Italian and English

·       Demonstrated experience managing sales pipeline, meeting sales at executive level and delivered revenue quotas

·       Willingness to travel
