# Account Schedule Format

Hi,

Can anyone tell how can I have an Account Schedule like foolowing:

Account Amount %

Revenue 300000 100

- Direct Cost 90000 30
- Indirect Cost 60000 20
- G & A Expenses 120000 40

Net Income 30000 10

How can this percentage be brought ???

Thanks & Regards

• Hi,

You need to customize Account Schedule. I did it for one of my client long back. I forget the logic how I did it.
• Hi Devinder,

Maybe you can export to excel & add formula to calculate that.

• Hi,

You do not need additional functionality.

On AS lines add additional line with Totalling Type = Set Base for Percent

Then On Colum Layout create 2 Colums:

AMOUNT - with Colum Type Net Change
PERCENT - with Colum Type Formula and Formula = AMOUNT%
• Hi Devinder,

Did you manage to create the schedule as Valentin wrote? I didn't [:D].
If yes, could you be a bit more specific, especially about the 'Totalling Type = Set Base for Percent' part?
• Hi,

Cronus Company has Account Schedule 'INCOME' with colum layout 'PTD+YTD+%'.

• Valentin,

I think you explain the calculation of the difference between column 1 and 2 as a percentage. I know how to do this. But the question was, how to calculate the share of a value in a range of values as a percentage, where the amounts are on different lines. i.e.:

Sales = 1000 = 100%
COGS = 800 = 80%
Gross Margin = 200 = 20%
• Hello!

"Set Base for Percent" ist only a local US - Functionality. I asked Microsoft for implementing that in all countries, but they aren't going to do it. You need the US codeunit 8 and Table 85...
• Thank you very much for this information. I will contact my NSC.

Hi Karin,

I just got a message from my NSC that if I could send them the US objects, they will probably be so kind to customize my local version [V].
I read another thread were you asked for the US report, in order to customize it yourself. Were you succesfull? I would also be glad if I could obtain the German version, because my colleagues in Schwenningen are also using Navision and I could easily test it in their database.

• Hello Michiel!

I've soved it in the following steps:

Table 85: Add "Set Base for Percent" to the Option String of Field "Totaling Type" and compile also Form 104 Account Schedule.
Then You import US - Codeunit 8.
If your NSC does't want to give it to you, i can send it (send me a Message)

In the account schedule you have to insert one line, where you choose "Set Base for Percent" and the Row No, you want for Percent Base
