I have an issue.
using the same user id, I can connect to NAV RTC (Nav 2013 R2)
but when i login using web client, it will show me this message
You do not have access to Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Verify that you have been set up as a valid user in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
any idea what should i do?
Service is run by domain account
and already set SPN for this domain account
You need to make a valid user in NAV. Navigate to users make a user and make a password for it.
actually i can login using RTC, but not web client
(using the same user ID)
Are you able to access or use the web client with other users?
Are you on the latest NAV 2013 R2 build?
