I have a user that is allowed to post in the Item Journals in the classic client. In RTC the form does not open, no error message is shown. I guess the are doing the same thing and permissions should not have to be extended just because he is using RTC?
I added permissions table 82 and 83 and synchronized this users permissions. No results from this change. He has excecute permissions on all pages.
Any ideas on how to find what is missing? I saw the "User Rights Setup" tool, but this doesn't work for RTC nor Windows logins according to the documentation.
what about pages ?

Yes, all user have permssion execute on Page, object-id 0. I believe this allows access to all pages.

Works fine for user belonging to the super role. Tried several user accounts (with same role memberships and not member of super), none works.
have you also given permissions for Item Journal Template and batch..you need to give permissions for lot more tables..
open item journal for by starting code coverage and check which tables it covered..
and also check event viewer for any error details..
The pages I have problems with are Item Journal (40) and Phys. Inventory Journal (392). What I can see they are accessing the same tables, Item Journal Line (83) and Item Journal Batch (233).
Have you tried what I suggested above..
I know this is an old threat. I dunno whether you follow it. But i face the same issue. May I know the solution?
