CRM Administrator

Growing international organization is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynmaics Analyst specifically with experience in Dynamics version 2015, 2016 or 365.
This position supports the marketing efforts by providing key business development support to the sales team, administrative support for the CRM Software. Position will be the resident expert for all CRM related administration, functionality and technical activities.



  • Leverage understanding of CRM systems to drive technical improvements and identify areas for process development
  • Participate in CRM application requirements definition and design
  • Workflow configuration or Business Process Configuration experience,
  • Test functionality developed by the implementation team against business requirements
  • Support and drive change process and communication
  • Define and implement appropriate CRM security to ensure appropriate end-user access
  • Comprehension of end-user system usage (e.g. screens, tables, business processes and procedures)
  • Oversee (or perform) changes to database fields, screens, and user administration
  • Assist users with day-to-day questions, problems, and issues on corporate network
  • Manage change control (i.e. receiving business requirement, report requirement, change or enhancement requests from Users)
  • Document training, policy and procedures, and user manuals for CRM system
  • Oversee changes to system fields, screens and picklists
  • Perform data administration (data integrity, cleansing data for imports, etc.)
  • Oversee Report generation, maintenance and testing
  • Coordinate and contribute to end-user training, including creation of user documentation and training materials
  • Leverage understanding of CRM solutions in order to recommend and implement 3rd party add-on solutions
  • Hands-on configuration of MS Dynamics CRM, done workflow, business process wflow, email integration, configuration, build dashboards; know why you load and don't load various things.
  • Provide end-user support and training
  • Provide pre-sales support to the customer account manager for prospective CRM clients
  • Perform system administrator function of the MS Dynamics CRM application.
  • Responsible for maintaining functional areas of contacts / relationship, accounts, opportunities, dashboards and reports.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills. business writing and content development.
  • Exhibits great creativity and resourcefulness.
  • Interacts well with others and has the ability to work as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Must be a highly motivated, self-starter and capable of taking charge to produce results with minimal direction.
  • Prefer a minimum of two years’ experience in a comparable role.
