Post a Journal Entry with ledger accounts and vendor/customer entry

I am trying to do the below entry in GP:

This is a screenshot of how I would be able to do so in Dynamics AX.

    Where are you entering this entry ? I mean in GP or AX. 

    Screen you shared that is Dynamics AX screen for GL. 

    Please clarify your question.

    I want to do this entry is GP. The AX is screenshot is how I am used to in AX.

    Hi KS,

    The functionality you are referring to is available in Dynamics AX, not in Dynamics GP. In GP, you must use the available PM sub-ledger transaction forms (debit / credit memo) to adjust the vendor/customer balance. I agree that the ability to update customer / vendor balances via a journal entry is great, but unfortunately, this in not available in GP at this time.
