Have saved Smart report that has been working, the report included 4 fields for Billing Description Line1,2,3,4. Report will now not produce any records but if I remove these four fields I get the records I expect. When I go back to add these fields the "Type" indicates "not Defined". Not sure if this was always the "type" for this field or if something has changed. Any ideas. Thanks

Yes this is a smartlist report, under "Project Cost", "Create SOP Selected" folder.
ok, and what's your gp version and those 4 fields in your smart list, are you using those 4 fields in filter?
GP 2010, only using these fields as columns in output report.
Are these custom smartlist?
I guess, its developed from smart list builder there for its limited fields taken by developer.
If its customize then you can add field simply add in SQL query.

Not sure how or if I have access to do add in SQL query, reports ran fine up until about a week ago.
Kindly share the screen shot or remote access to fix the issue.
