Over the past few years, I've heard of many partners hiring new consultants for Dynamics GP and are struggling to find experienced people.
I am holding a new to GP consultant training in Fargo in July for partners. The training is free. I will provide lunch each day, but other time and expenses are not included. You need to bring a machine with access to GP. (If you can't bring one I can work on an alternate.)
July 24 – GL
25 – PM
26 – RM
27 - Support Call Shadowing (optional)
July 31 – IV
Aug 1 – SOP
Aug 2 - POP
Aug 3 - Support Call Shadowing (optional)
Let me know if you are interested in all or part of this training. Email me at email@example.com to register.

HRP Workflow Pending Approval Navigation List
Navigation lists have been around a long time, so if you are using them, take a look. It could help you save some time. We have them throughout the entire product.
In Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015 approvers have one place to view and approve employee self-service changes. This is a one-stop-shop for managers to see all of their assigned tasks including Payroll Timecards, Employee Profile, Employee Skills, Payroll W4, and Payroll Direct Deposit.
The HRP Workflow Pending Approval Navigation List allows you to approve/complete multiple tasks by checking the box and selecting the action to complete. The preview pane displays task details and there is a Go To option to view the assigned task.
Within Contract Administration of Dynamics GP 2010, you can now bill in an unlimited user-defined set of billing frequencies. You can even specify to bill just once! To utilize this new feature, you now specify 3 fields:

Interval: Enter an integer value
Frequency: Select from a drop-down list of Days, Weeks, Months or Years
