Microsoft’s social listening tool has recently gone under the knife. With a range of new features, and a new name, the tool has just launched as Microsoft Social Engagement.
The corporation’s first foray into social engagement was called Microsoft Social Listening, and was unveiled and launched in June 2014. Aimed at end-user marketing departments looking to increase their sales revenue and gain insight into customers’ views about their brands....
