I happily started the Dynamics CRM Add Contacts wizard. The problem is
that only 37 of 5,454 contacts were seen by the wizard and made
available to "add" to CRM.
Today, after some experimenting with newly added contacts I have strong
evidence that a contributor to the problem is CardScan, which I use to
enter most contacts and is in an on-going synchronization process with
Outlook. Of the seven contacts I added today, one manually and six with
CardScan, only the manually added contact is visible in the Add Contacts
What should I do to fix the current problem, i.e. make all my Outlook contacts visible for adding to CRM?
What should I do long-term to be able to add new contacts from CardScan into Dynamics CRM and keep them in sync with Outlook?
Just to understand your case, how are you synchronizing the contacts that are added by CardScan? Is there any additional field it creates to differentiate itself from the contacts which are manually added via the import?
