Sales currently calls prospects identified only as Company Names in new Leads. Sometimes a 2nd Salesperson will call a prospect using the Company name specified in a different Lead. An approach was proposed such that Accounts would be created immediately by early Qualifying the Lead before making the call. The assumption was that the 2nd Sales person would receive a "Duplicate" notification if the Account had already been contacted.
This approach was not approved by Sales. Their rationale was that it violated the normal Sales process of Qualification.
Is there any way to accomplish the same "notification" without creating an Account record.

Create Custom Workflow Process: In Workflow Step :
1. Start when : Select "Records is created" check box then after
2. Add Step in select "Send E-mail" in Select option "Create new Message" then
3. Click on "Set Properties" after that open Send E-mail windows Here you can apply To, From, etc parameter values and Sava it and
4. Active this Workflow.
