I am working on customizing and implementing CRM Online for my company and I want to know what is the best way to increase the number of users? How can I make it easier for them to start using it and understand its value?
it is a big problem to promote the crm among the crm users of companies.because they dont want to save a lot of records everytime.at this point you should make customizations for what they request to work easily.
on the other hand the workflow is also useful making them love the crm.

Base their commissions out of the data in CRM. Provide your management team with reports out of CRM. Have your Management make statements to the team that If things are not tracked in CRM, they probably did not happen! Adoption will follow.
Of course, you also have to make it as easy as possible for the team to get value out of it for them, and make it easy on them.
User adoption is a complicated
process. Many companies get into trouble
because they don't identify both the drivers of adoption as well as the
organizational barriers that prevent people from using the system (even if they
want to do so). Also, many CRM projects
can drive initial adoption only to see it fall over time if they don't have any
ongoing effort to make sure people continue to use the system.
