CRM 2016 Online Update Contract Status Reason Using Standard Workflow

Hi all,

Have anyone tried to update contract status reason using standard workflow? For example update to a newly creaated "Status Reason A".


I have tried a couple of times to run the workflow on demand, the workflow was completed successfully, and the green tick can be seen, but the status reason value in contract form is still showing the old value.


Is this a system bug....?
