Hi all, wanna ask about the entitlement and case in crm online...
There is this requirement where user want to have a field in case form, lets say a "Number of Terms to be Deducted", to indicate the number of terms that particular case will deduct for its entitlement.
What i can think of now is to make a plugin/custom workflow to create and resolved a number of cases according to the number the user key in. Is there other workaround for this...? It seems like the standard CRM only support 1 term per case.
