Dynamics CRM Case

Does anyone use Case for managing meetings?  We have been told that Case can be used to send out agendas, minutes, actions etc to attendees via workflows, does anyone do this?

If so, whilst I believe a Professional licence is required for anyone creating workflows is a Basic licence sufficient for those reading and replying to workflows?

Would appreciate any advice on this as I have not been able to find anything about it on the Microsoft website.

  • Hey Mike, did you ever get a response to your question? I've never heard of using Cases that way and it seems like a stretch to push CRM that way. You can create tasks though and use those for assigning to-do's to people and integrating with Outlook for calendar management. Have you tried that?
