Error in CRM Connector log

Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 R2

The connections are tested all connections and we have mapped Account from CRM to Customer in NAV.

We have created a new customer and nothing happens in NAV. When we look in the log there is an error :

"Map: Account to NAV Customer Card
Severity: Error
Text: [Account to NAV Customer Card] has encountered an error. Processing will be aborted. Exception while trying to create an instance of the Dynamics CRM web service
Error Code: Microsoft.Dynamics.Integration.Adapters.Crm40::0x80131501

Retries: 0


We have tried to search for the message and we get one post from here - - but the web service is running.

Any ideas what to look for?
