Overview form locked unable to select lines

Hi all,

One of my end users cannot select or click the BOM lines on the overview tab on his desktop, the workaround is he has to use the record navigation buttons to go back and forth to select lines. It seems like the overview form is locked, he cannot select anything. But he is able to select/edit other fields under other tabs. 

Anyone has seen this issue before? Please help!

  • I would start by deleting the usage data for that user (knowing you will lose all personalization, but I imagine it is a corruption of that), you could try looking by form.

    I've already encountered same issue, so I've tried to reset Usage data and check if I able to navigate button(s) and make a transaction.
