  • I would like to change the vague title "Ax security" to something more descriptive, but I can't, because I don't understand what you're trying to achieve.

    Hi martin,
I am working on security on PurchTableListPage.

You can see on the image, On purchase Tab.. there are 2 menu items. I have already given a priviledge and duty to set.

but now, while on testing. i come to know ,on purchase tab, there is one menu item button ( From the sales order).

I need to bring this visible and i can't be used to manipulation of data.

what I did is !! it has privilege and duty as Accountable Payable View.

I have replaced with a new Privilege and duty to the role.

As i said earlier, one privilege is misplace wrongly. I need to recover the working as normal before standard it was working earlier.

How to bring as such which is in standard ax.

Kindly suggest me any workflow and EP, which are already done by standard functionality and i have worked on Workflow and EP.

I see many buttons on your image. Which ones are you talking about?
What do you mean by "on purchase tab, there is one menu item button ( From the sales order)"?
What do you mean by "I need to bring this visible" and " can't be used to manipulation of data"?
The sentence "I have replaced with a new Privilege and duty to the role" misses information about what you replaced and why and any details about your privilege.
And so on... I still have no idea what you're trying to achieve and what changes you did, so I can't help you in any way until you give a better description.
Stop being abstract told us exactly what do you want to do with which exact menu item and show us screenshots of your current changes. Then explain what problems you have with your attempted solution.

    Hi Parimalraj,

I do agree with Martin that it is not clear what you want to achieve. The only thing I can guess is that you are referring to the first to buttons which are part of the 'New' section. These buttons do have a minimum access level of creating a purchase order. So if you want to have a view duty/privilege, you cannot include these to buttons as these needs to have higher privileges.
