Dynamics AX 2012 TAPI Integration

Hello all,

I have a customer that is interested in exploiting the TAPI functionality available within AX2012, but there is very little material that outlines what can be achieved.  From memory I think an incoming call used to "screen pop" the business relations screen for the incoming number, and clicking on the phone icon dialled out.  Does anyone have any information or experience of this please?  The customer is also interested in recording the calls via AX . . .
