Please help me , It's urgent.
My client's PC can not access to AOS from axapta client.
the error message is : "The server is unavailable. Check your configuration and network connection and try again".
Sometime , it runs well.
When i ping to server AOS, the network is stable. Antivirus's already been uninstalled in server and client pc. the firewall is off in client and server.
What should i do ?

I encounter this before, this more related to the AD issues. you can try restart the client terminal an log in again.

Have either of you figured out what was causing this problem? We have the same issue.

Try to renew the ip using ipconfig\renew
(Or) Verify if AOS coonected port is open and it's not blocked at server side. Check any antivirus and firewall too.
