The screen shot is not clear here. Can you post clear one. If possible please add here version you are using. And at which step you receive this message.
Also check your DIXF Directory if you have permission for that..
i use version ax2012 and i recieve this message in winapiserver::fileexists
As i mentioned earlier..
Does the user of DIXF have access to the location? The data appears to be uploaded by the user and not the AOS. For example if you use a shared directory on your machine for DIXF which is not accessible by anyone, including the AOS which is on another subnet, without credentials. This also means that the directory has to be changed by each user as the last user may have different accessibility, different map drives.
yes the user have access
Can you Create a Folder in Server and provide that local and test once....and validate settings...This is Directly linked with permission .
Otherwise try to debug it ..Don't forget to mark answer are helpful if it helped you
Try to check the folder path in the code .
If the path is hardcoded , try adding like @'c:\\folder1\filename.csv' .
Hello all thanks for reply
i get this error
Can you tell us in detail the entity you use for importing, data and mapping structure.
Without those details, it is difficult to comment on the above error.
Also, please verify the solution or post your solution for your previous error . This would help others who face similar issue.
Check your field mapping for data entity here to fix this issue. You have to give screen shot of field mapping of JournalNum to get support here.
You can initiate another thread for this if you want so and don't forget to mark answer as verified whichever you found relevant.
This will help others not to loose scope of issue.
Thanks and have a nice Day!
Hey AymenBENABDELJELIL - did you get past the initial issue with the permissions? if so, how did you end up resolving it?
