When we create any expense line in Enterprise portal and submit by writing any comments
We can always go to back Actions > view history and see the details, it will show all the comments entered
But my approver doesn’t see these comments in the email he gets.
He wants to see these comments in the email notifications he gets for Approval
similarly he wants to see the comments when he rejects or his expenses are rejected
My expenses were rejected by our CFO and our CFO did enters some comments for rejecting my expenses but I got this standard template email and not the comments
"the current record has been returned to you or you have been asked to make a change. Perform any required actions and choose resubmit to resume processing."
