Function SysExtensionAppClassFactory::getClassFromSysAttribute has been incorrectly called

I just run the main method:

BTW, this's a standart AX class.

The piece of code above says that you want to call some method in some class, which isn't very useful information until you tell us which method in which class it is (i.e. what values you have in methodName and className variables).
If you're not providing any parameters, then it's obvious where you have a bug.
If you can't debug your job, you should fix your environment. You can't meaningfully work without debugging and discussion forums can't change this fact.

Actually I gave class name in first message, please look up "..jobs (ExchangeRateImportController class) gives this..."

I can debug main method until job's dialog box shows. After that I press OK button, than I immediately get this error.

The class will not work without passing the required parameters
The same class is being called from GL -> periodic -> Import currency exchange rates. Have a look at the parameters set on menu item.

"One of our jobs (ExchangeRateImportController class) gives this error" doesn't say anything about which parameters did you pass to ExchangeRateImportController::main(). Please answer my question, otherwise we can't help you. The best thing you can do is collecting the whole call stack. It will help you to understand where the error is thrown (which you don't seem to know in the moment) and you'll be able to share if with us, if you fail to understand how to fix the problem.
Note that SysOperation processes run in CIL by default, therefore you have to either switch execution to X++ or use a CIL debugger (Visual Studio).

I tried menu item where you said and got same error. Actually that was an arranged batch job and was working since days ago.

I'll try too look about parameters. Actually I just already unchecked run in CIL and still can't debug. Unfortunately I never did debug in VS. Maybe it's time to learn how.

Also check if server-side debugging is allowed at all and which execution mode you're using (that's the third parameter you're passing to ExchangeRateImportController's constrcutor).
