I am creating a new budget register entry, and while updating the balance, I am getting an error that “You Must select a Main Account. The Combination was not validated beyond the Main-account Financial Dimension”. In the Budget Control Configuration I have selected only Department in the Budget Control Dimension, as my client has the budget Department wise and not GL wise. Is there any possible way to create the Budget register entry without Main Account? And if selection of Main-account is mandatory in budget Register entries, is it advisable to do customization for making the Main-account non mandatory.
