LCS Configuration manager – export data

There is a tool in LCS called the Configuration manager that will be replaced by the data template features in LCS. This could be a useful tool for copying configuration for example if you want to export out a template of your data to another environment. The difference between the configuration manager and the data template is that the configuration manage automatically creates the DIXF processing group based on the entities you selected which means that the sequence they get created in you won’t be able to control. So if you are exporting or later importing and the sequence of the entities is important then you are best to use the data template.

Here is a quick overview of the configuration manager exporting data.
