D365 for operations retail jobs stucked in available status



I have run the retail sync jobs in the D365 environment but they are in the available status. Please help how to change the status to applied.

    I am not sure IF D365-Retail retains the concept of message database at channel/store level.
    But if it does like its predecessor , then please check the value in MESSAGE column of the DOWNLOADSESSION table at Channel Message DB.
    In D365 since architecture has climbed to Azure therefore please contact the Infra/DBA team to fetch this information for you.
