  • Any way for recording Deposit?

    Hi all, Do you have any experience or idea on how to post deposit on Sales Order on specific G/L account? We would like to register the prepaid to "Deposit" account upon Sales order confirmed, and hence record a lower AR. Any suggestion or other better way to do this? Thanks, Podolly

    I was able to get a full intercompany drop-ship transaction to go through and it is not too bad. The only complaint I have is that there is no way to print/preview the intercompany sales invoice. The sales invoice shows up in the receiving company's inbox, and after it is accepted it appears to disappear...

    You would need to attend a training course or read the help I am afraid. If you are a partner you can purchase the training material directly from Microsoft, if you are not you will need to go through your reseller.

    Account (G/L) allows you to sell a value directly to a sales account. This could be to process a sale where no item is sold, let say freight charges, or a price uplift, although most people would use other functions. It is not really advisable to sell from a GL account but if you do not buy the inventory...
