In der Lizenz fehlt wahrscheinlich das Granule "C/OCX". Dies benötigst du, um OCX und/oder Automation zu verwenden.

No it is not possible. You need to run NAV 4.0 SP3. Or you could run it if you install a Citrix server and use Citrix clients.
