This is acheived via the Object Designer form and File -> Export (Import). If you have not been show how to do this then I stongly advice you to ask an experienced person to show you and explain the implications.

Hi, This depends on the "Show" field setting in the Option tab - so either the Analysis View Entry or Analysis View Budget Entry tables

Hi Liizz, How are you exporting to Excel? If using Excel Buffer then the last argument is the format type e.g. ExcelBuf.AddColumn(format(MyValue),FALSE,'',FALSE,FALSE,FALSE,'@'); where the '@' formats as text in Excel

Hi Peter, Welcome to the Dynamics User Group! Once the inventory has been adjusted you cannot "Undo Receipt" (as you may already know). Matching against a zero value invoice will clear them but may cause costing issues depending on the costing setup. I normally recommend invoice and then credit.

Hi Marcin, Welcome to the Dynamics User Group! Are you getting any errors? I would suggest you look at permission of the user not retreiving the data (as I suspect you may have a new domain)- have you syncronised the users?
