Can you post a screen shot of the costing version with the active line in? I presume it is a standard cost type costing version as you are using the lean manufacturing concepts?
-
But it is. Several Purchase Orders and in the Reservation screen you would see the receipts and the reservation quantity. In the Marking screen it will reference the purchase order for you that the actual reservation quantity is made against. So in your example of 5 purchase orders in the reservation screen the marking would list one - the one the reservation is against.

Check the tables because the inventory close process "knows" you are
-
I would have said - Stock and Warehouse Management - Common Forms - Formulas. Not AOT behind the scenes, just where the data is held. Looking at the response you are NOT checking this table - is there any entry in it? AX2009 is irrelevant, Process was an MDIS then so you had to purchase it separately, now it is integrated.
-
Chetan you have marked the post as resolved, so generally people would not look at it.
-
Why have you split it into 4 operations when you use one resource? If you split it like this capacity is reassessed so new resources can be picked, there is no way to say if you use R1 on operation 1 to use it on all subsequent operations.
-
You cannot primary stock and make batches mandatory AND use planning. You have a sales order with NO stock - how is batch mandatory? So you leave it blank, then you have it as a requirement coverage group and run planning and it links the reservation (with primary on) to the blank batch, forcing you to receive a blank batch in to get this to work under the rules you have set.
-
And could you post a screen shot of this?
-
Which version of AX? How did you run planning?

Set the production parameter for reservation to "Start". Ensure the stock is available in the warehouse driving the picking list journal requirement.
