The Multi-site and International Organizations concept refers to a parent or holding company that uses one business software system, which is integrated with the systems used by its individual subsidiaries or divisions (the sites). This document describes a business scenario involving a parent company and its sales offices (sites). In this scenario, the parent company and the sales offices have a vendor-customer relationship. The sales offices purchase at the parent company and keep stock as a buffer for their own sales. The end-customers receive deliveries directly from the sales office.
