Excel file with the granule list for Dynamics NAV 2009 specifying which objects are included in each object.

All very good, and it can probably be used for a first test, but you seem to have only the tabledata permissions and none of the Table permissions so I have to guess the table perms. (ie R-MDX on everything mentioned)
Also I do wonder if anyone at microsoft has realised that the reason we want this is for testing. This means that accuracy is rather important, including the regional and partner ranges. I really wish they'd make the 'commerce' website allow us to build a license then email it as an export of a permission role before the customer has to pay for it.
As per the previous comment, it would be really helpful to be able to test a license configuration out. I've requested this via our account management team - but no response to date

Simon/xxxxx,
I have worked with NAV since 1991 and I must say that this sounds cool, but also that I have never really missed this function. When we only had the granule/module based licenses, then I could see a use for it. But now all you really have to consider are the new objects.
I don't really understand what it is that you want to test, that you can't test already.
So I don't really think we will see this from Microsoft. Where's the business case?
