Do you think Microsoft should change the names again?

The change from Navision, Axapta and Great Plains og Dynamics NAV, AX and GP etc. is making less and less people ask for the products. Do you think that Microsoft is killing the Dynamics products?

Then that's very strange. I would do exactly as you write you have done. The only additional thing that I can think about is, that I 'would check that his user ID has actually been removed from the SQL Server (not only from the database). And that he actually has been inserted correctly after...

You mean he was there after you deleted him from Navision? If yes, then delete him from Security -> Logins. And then insert him into NAV again, and check that he has been re-created correctly in SQL again.

You say that you changed his password in the Active Directory. Does his AD account work other logins? Ex. his computer or his mail?

Hi Erik, I just checked it.. His username is still there. I checked it under Security > Logins
