Hi I am also using Navision 5.0, and installed it without any such problem...................Although for Navision 5.0, New licence applicable to Nav 5.0 is required .Modification in Job module are realy good......................

Did you get an message boxing saying older versions of Navision are already installed? I've got mine running on a Virtual PC, so not got the issue. Maybe thats a way forward for you if we can't help resolve this. /TH

When I'm trying to install the NAV 5.0 on a virtual server then I'm getting this error: (Error 2337.Could not close file: GetLastError:.) Have you seen this error before?

I think the install program normally only do this when you select the upgrade option. But I actually haven't tried the NAV 5.0 installation. I will report back when I have tried it.

I have tried to install NAV 5.0 in one of the client but even I didn't get across such thing, it was a clean install.

If you asking about features: just only "Backup of Demo Database" wasn't selected in "Custom Setup window". J.

What option did you select when installing? I've installed 5.0 at a number of workstations without this problem.
