Hi Vkharat1977, As such there is no upgrade toolkit for 4 SP3 to NAV 2009 upgrade.I suggest you first upgrade from 4SP3 to NAV 5 (or may be NAV5 SP1), and then use the transformation tool and report upgrade process from this upgraded version to take it to NAV 2009.
