Hi Artata, (Hope I'm pronouncing your name correctly this time)

Price Group:  Special pricing for certain items,customers, groups of customers and all customers (OR)  to Vendors, Vendor groups and all vendors.

Example: If you want to give special pricing for items or customer(s) or vendor(s) we will be specifying it and even we can give this pricing for particular season (period) like festival season or summer season etc.  it is not that, we only give special prices for special seasons we will be giving pricing but sometimes for special customers or vendors or even for items we will be giving pricing. I mean , if customer is ready to buy 50 pcs then he will be given lesser price than regular price.
