In Word Document ,i used a template which takes values from Navision .

When there is single entry for an item, template prints single entry on Word document which is right ,but

when there are multiple entries for an item ,  template again prints single entry ,it do not print multiple entries for that item in Word document.

And my requirement is to print multiple entries for an item .

so please tell me what to do now.

Is the functionality you refer to here the "standard" Mail Merge as found in NAV's CRM solution?
