Pls anybody can give anser for this how chart of accounts are copy automatically from one company to another company when created new company

Are you referring company or legal entity?
COA in 2012 is shared accross the legal entities. You can need to select COA in ledger setup. It can be same in other entity or can be different.

thanks for your replay
if dont want copy chart of account from one company to antoher company what we have to do, means i am creating new company i want to create new chart of accont which is not related to any legal entity...
because when i create new company, chart of account is copying from one company to another company..
