Working on Fixed assets, need help to set up dispose the fixed assets in AX 2009, I have set up Posting profiles for Disposal scrap and did the FA journal and on lines lick the disposal scrap and enther the amount , when i try to post this journal, getting error message, message ( require reason code) where to set up this reason code
can some one please HELP, if some one can post the procedure, i will be really greatful..
FA Journal - Lines - Check the General Tab - you can find the reason code field .
I did add the reason code ( Disposal scrap) and try to post the journal, still getting error message
You entered a reason that already exists in the reason table and is not valid for one or more account types. Enter a different reason.
do I have to set up for Disposal scrap under FA set up ( Asset reason )
or any other set up needs to be done to work Disposal scrap, I did set up Posting Profiles for Disposal scrap, i am missing any other set up ?
