Hi eveyone,

I am working with NAV 2009 R2...and I am trying to automate emailing of Invoices as PDF files...
I tried this post:

http://blogs.msdn.com/b/nav-reporting/archive/2009/10/08/send-email-with-pdf-attachment-in-nav-2009.aspx

It works great with RTC but not with Classic NAV...
I found several posts, some related to NAV 5, and others related to a specific PDF printer(PDF Creator, etc)...

I wonder if it is possible to do it in a generic way, so that it can work for any pdf printer available???
And for the NAV 5 objects, would an upgrade to NAV 2009 R2 solve my problem???

Any suggestions???

Yes Amol is Right..

Install PDF Creator in Machine then Open the Report See the Preview of That report and click on "Print" option then you will see your default printer name in there select PDF Creator from the list then before creation it will ask you the path where you want to Store that PDF then attach that PDF(In which Full Report Detail has been given) to mail and send it...

Thanks & Regards,
