Has anyone succesfully integrated a maintenance package into GP. We have GP10. The Field Service package from MS is not really suitable for our application. We need something that is hours based and for our maintence crews to use on site. We do not do work for third parties it is purely in house.

I am extremely sorry to say that I am not able to provide you any help with this post of mine because I am NAV Dev. I think you are talking something about Great Plains and if that is the case then you have placed your query in a wrong forum. Since this is visited by Dynamics NAV resources mostly, the probability of getting a suitable answer for your query is very low.
