I am receiving the error message below in NAV 2009 SP1

I understand that this error is referencing the Invt. Accrual Acct. (Interim).  Inventory Accrual Account (Interim) - To post expected inventory increase and decrease. Expected inventory increase occurs when you post purchase receipt without invoice. When post receipt without invoice, Navision will credit Invt. Accrual Acc. (Interim) and Debit Inventory Account (Interim). Once the Purchase invoice is posted, the Invt. Accrual Acc. (Interim) will be reversed out and credited into Direct Cost Applied Account, while the Inventory Account (Interim) will be reversed and debited into Inventory Account. but i am not sure where in navision to look to resolve the error.

You need to define one Account in Balance Sheet section of Chart of Accounts and you need to map this account in General Posting Setup in field called Invt.Accural Acc (Interim).
