Any one knows, how to make the setup for Cash Flow & How i print the Cash Flow statment in AX2012.

In AX 2009 the path is ;
General Ledger -> Reports -> Transactions -> Periodic -> Cash Inflow vs Outflow.You just click that and run it off and print it from the report viewer.
Shouldn't be too different in 2012 I hope !

Regarding the setup of cash flow statements in AX: Take a look at the standard finance training manual. This manual includes a separate chapter about the setup required for cash flow statements.
