I ship out of multiple warehouses and I was wondering how do I define the warehouse addresses?
The bill of lading is showing up with only different warehouse address when I ship out from a another warehouse.
Does anyone know where do I define the warehouse addresses so it can show up correctly on the bill of lading.

So the alternate address on the warehouse defined as delivery does not work?

No it doesn't work, the BOL defaults to the main address of the company.
