hi friends,

whenever i import the license, i am getting an error message. that is

" The operating system cannot access to the file C:\program files\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\60\Classic\fin.flf

verify that the file type and attributes are correct. "

but the license is changed after this error. but when i close and login again the default license is is appearing. i think if we click change button in the license information window, it will change and when we log in again default license will come. And if we import license and reopen NAV, the imported license should show permanently  there in license information window.

why this error message appearing? could any one help me..........

thanks in advance.......

Right click on the folder where the license is stored and go to Properties, Security Tab. Does the login have write access to that folder?

Copy the license file that is file.flf  And Save  it in to the another drive and when you want to open the

Dynamics Navisin either classic client or classic client with SQL Server option then import the file.flf file  from the new location before you open the dababase.

Dear Vipin,

I think some of your installed file of NAV is correpted or missing , try to reinstall NAV and then try to import the licence ..earlier i had the same problem and after reinstallation it was ok . If your OS is windows 7 , there is some compactable issue with the SQL , pls check that also.... Cake
