subrata.bauri: I have seen a field named USER ID ( Field ID 16343 )
You will not be able to create a field with no. 16343, so the approach should be to create another field (in 50000 range and transfer the data from USER ID ( Field ID 16343 )) to this new field and then BLANK out your old field. You should also ensure that the new field is there in the objects that you are importing (after compare & merge step).

Create that field in the table in the target database.
Creating new customer objects is an essential part of the migration process.

Hi Subrata,Raj is correct in regard to the error message you describe. But as always it's also important that you before you're analyzing your system before you're actually starting your upgrade project. You have to ask the following question about field 16434:
Where does this field come from?
Where is this field used today?
Do we need this field in the new version?
And if you're not answering these question - and acting on them - then you'll just get more errors!
